Toll Powder Repackaging and Re-Bagging

The packaging/re-bagging facility can also be used to re-pack customer materials from bulk containers into smaller units or vice versa. Accurate measurement ensures compliance with each customer’s specifications. Pilamec can supply the required packaging or use customer-specific containers, which allow the display of the material and company name. Packed materials can then be palletised and secured to ensure weather protection and onward safe handling.

Formula Creation & Packaging
Customer-specific product formulas are blended to specifically agreed percentage ratios. The blended product can then be packed into the agreed packaging.
