Following our factory move and initial expansion completed in March 2026, Pilamec has expanded once again to accommodate the rising volume of toll processing work from our clients.
In addition to our new primary facility (marked in blue on our site maps), we have officially taken over the additional Unit 139 (marked in green). This significant addition brings our total available floor area to over 20,000 square feet. This is a substantial increase compared to the 10,000 square feet we operated with at this time last year.
Investing in Equipment and People
To maximize this new space and increase our throughput, we have installed several key pieces of additional equipment during the move. These upgrades include:
- An additional Ball Mill
- New Rotary Sieve Stacks
- A Powder Bagging Machine
These installations allow us to process work faster and provide the necessary storage for our customers’ raw materials and finished goods. We have also increased our employee levels to ensure we can handle a higher volume of product across a very wide variety of industry types.
